At Bio Mart Inc., we offer a secure and flexible payment experience through PayPal, supporting Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We also accept Interac e-transfer, wire transfer, and cash-on-pickup with prior approval.

All product prices listed on our website are exclusive of taxes. Applicable GST/HST is calculated at checkout based on the shipping address within Canada. We accept payments in both CAD and USD. USD pricing is based on PayPal’s real-time currency conversion rate.

USA & International Orders

• USA Customers: No Canadian taxes. Orders below $800 USD are duty-free. For orders above this value, Customer is responsible for customs, relevant taxes, and brokerage fees.
• FREE Shipping: Orders over $199 CAD
• FREE Shipping + 5% Discount: Orders over $699 CAD
• Flat Rate Shipping: Standard / regular / economical shipping $29.99 on orders under $199

International Shipping

We accept orders from most international destinations. Standard international shipping rates will apply, and all duties, taxes, and customs fees must be paid by the customer. Note: No returns or exchanges are accepted for international orders. We recommend contacting support@biomart.ca prior to placing an international order.

Order Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled before they are packed and shipped.
• Repeated cancellations from the same account may result in restriction from future purchases.

Exchange & Order Modification

We understand last-minute changes happen. If you need to modify or exchange your order, contact our customer service team. Exchanges are allowed with prior approval. Additional charges may apply based on the modification.

To initiate an exchange:

1. Submit your request within 2 days of receiving the item.
2. Return the product in its original condition after approval.
3. New item will be shipped post-verification.
4. Return/exchange shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Damaged or Defective Product Returns

We ensure every item is quality-checked prior to dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 2 days of delivery. Submit a photo/video of the defect along with the order number and product label to biomart.info@gmail.com.

Upon verification, a one-time exchange will be offered at no additional shipping charge.
