• FREE Ground Shipping: Available for all Canadian orders over $199 CAD.
• Flat Shipping Fee: $39.99 applies to orders under $199 CAD.
• Priority Shipping: Customers may estimate costs before checkout.
• Standard Couriers: We use Canada Post and Purolator for cost-effective nationwide shipping. Additional carriers include UPS, FedEx, DHL, and others as needed.
• Delivery Time: Most orders arrive within 5–7 business days after processing.
• Order Processing: Orders are packed and shipped within 1–2 business days post payment authorization.
• PO Boxes: We offer delivery to PO Box addresses via Canada Post.
• Real-Time Tracking: Customers receive order confirmation with tracking number via email.

Return Policy – Eco Tableware Products

• Return Window: Within 30 days of the purchase date.
• Authorization Required: Please contact customer support before initiating any return.
• Condition: Items must be unused and in original packaging. Opened or used items are non-refundable.
• Return Shipping: Paid by the customer. All returns must include the invoice and valid tracking number.
• Restocking Fee: A $29.99 flat fee applies to returned orders valued over $199.
• Refunds: Issued only after return verification at the designated return address.
