•    Bio Mart Inc. offers FREE regular ground shipping on purchases over $199
•    A flat rate shipping charge of $39.99 will apply on purchases under $199
•    For priority, shipping customers can estimate your shipping cost before the checkout process
•    Bio Mart Inc. ships the entire product range from the warehouse located in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.
•    We offer FREE shipping only for shipment within Canada. For US customers standard rate shipping custom charges will apply.
•    All the orders would process and shipped within 1 to 2 business days after credit card authorization is complete
•    Typically Bio Mart uses Canada Post and Purolator for most proficient and low-cost shipping throughout Canada. However, goods would also ship via UPS, FedEx, DHL or alternative service providers.
•    Most orders received within 5-7 business days
•    We offer to ship to the PO Box via Canada Post
•    Shipping rates are based on the total weight and dimensions of goods. Bio Mart does not add any service cost to the shipping rates provided by carriers.
•    Customers will receive an order confirmation email with the order tracking number.
•   Customers can modify the shipping address before the product has been packed and shipped in less than 24 hours. After the product has been shipped, NO modification in the shipping address will be accepted.

•    2 to 3 business days - British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba
•    3 to 5 business days – Ontario, Quebec, Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Yukon
•    5 to 7 business days, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, Newfoundland and Labrador
•    8 to 10 business days – All US locations.

Bio Mart doesn’t have a physical store location in the Edmonton area.  However, Bio Mart is offering FREE delivery within Edmonton Area. Make sure to select your option before checkout.

Return Policy

•    The product can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
•    All the returns should have an invoice copy and valid tracking number
•    Please contact us for authorization before returning the items.
•    Customer MUST pay the return shipping charge.
•    $29.99 Flat rate administrative and restocking fee apply on return order value more than $199,
•    Return products MUST be unused and in as-is original condition. Used items and open box/packaging will be returned or eligible for a refund.
•    Refunds will only be processed after receiving shipment at the below address and product verification.
