Bio Mart Inc. is using Converge and PayPal for a secure payment gateway that allows the customer to pay using Visa, Master, or American Express.
The alternative payment for your order is accepted through INTERAC e-transfer/wire transfer transactions as well as cash on PICKUP order. However, prior approval requires for alternative payment method.
The online listed price of all the products is before applicable the taxes. The taxes are levied as per the government laws. The amount of GST & HST tax is based on the location of goods purchased and shipping address within Canada
Bio Mart Inc. accepts payment in USD and CAD currency. The customer can choose their desired currency converter at the beginning of purchase. Currency convert based on PayPal’s daily currency conversion rate.
USA customers will not charge any Canadian taxes. Goods valued at less than $800 USD are duty-free for USA customers. For goods valued at over $800 USD, Bio Mart waves customs brokerage fees and duties for USA customers.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Yes, we accept international orders across all countries.
For international orders (outside Canada and US), standard shipping charges will be applied. However, prior approval is recommended for shipping, taxes, and customs charges.
No returns or exchanges will be accepted on international orders.
The duties and taxes applicable as per one's individual country have to be paid by the customer. Under no circumstance can the order be exchanged or returned.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation is possible only until the order has not been packed and shipped. Once the order has been packed and dispatched no cancellations will be accepted.
Multiple order cancellations by one customer will lead to their account being added to our blacklist.
EXCHANGE & ORDER MODIFICATION POLICY
All placed order items can be exchangeable; however, prior approval MUST require before the exchange process. Exchanges and order modification can be easy; just call customer care

After prior approval by Bio Mart customer care the product, must be returned to Bio Mart in original condition. After returned product verification the new exchange item will be shipped. The order then needs to be sent to the drop-off as mentioned. The charges for the return and exchange will be taken by the customer.
To exchange a product, you need to make an exchange request within 2 days of receiving the product.
DAMAGED GOODS RETURN POLICY
We closely inspect each product that goes out of our office. Nonetheless in case you receive a defective or damaged product, you must let us know within 2 days.
Customers must contact Bio Mart customer care and provide reasonable proof of shipping damages or product defects via photo or video. After further verification, if it will be approved, the exchange process will be initiated, and the new order will be delivered to your address.
No shipping charges will be levied on the exchanged product.
The customer will only be allowed to exchange the product once.
In a highly rare scenario, if you receive a damaged/defective product, contact us within 2 days of receiving the product order number. Once the complaint is raised, please send us a picture of your damaged/defective product, a picture of the label along with the description of the damage to biomart.info@gmail.com
